Mary Gardner Turner, a native Lexingtonian, is proud to be a member of Bluegrass Sotheby's International Realty. She has been a Realtor since 2001 and specializes in Central Kentucky farmland, homes and investment properties in all price ranges. Mary Gardner Turner's goal is to serve her clients by providing her expertise in the market supported with a strong work ethic which is always energized by her love of the Bluegrass Region and the gratification of helping others through life's transitions.
Mary Gardner's family has resided in Kentucky for well over a century dating back to her great-great grandfather, Fielding Lewis Turner, who had political ties with the noted statesman, Henry Clay. Throughout her years in Lexington, she has lived in two historic homes in the downtown area, Chevy Chase, Lakeview and Kenwick and considers herself an expert in the Lexington residential market.
Her educational background includes Sayre School followed by Vanderbilt University where she graduated in 1983 with concentrated studies in business and French. Other degrees include the Kentucky School of Banking and Kentucky Real Estate School. Mary Gardner's business career began with banking after college and until the present, has continued with sales encompassing the past several years in real estate. Her first year as an agent resulted in 'Rookie of the Year Award' followed by numerous Gold and Distinguished Sales Awards. She is currently a member of the Million Dollar Club.
Mary Gardner is the proud mother of three children and owner of one dog. She has a special love for the country, historic homes and is very interested in 'green' technology. Her hobbies include tennis, biking, hiking and travel.
