Brandy Quinn

Brandy was born and raised in the close-knit community of Mt. Sterling, Kentucky. There she developed a strong work ethic, and learned to value kindness and respect. Brandy received her bachelor's degree from the University of Kentucky. Upon graduation, she moved to New York City to pursue a fast paced career in the fashion industry at Ralph Lauren. After living in New York for several years she came to appreciate life in Kentucky. Today she is proud to call Lexington her home. Brandy is married to Ed and they have three children, Olivia, Finley and Edward.

Brandy's interest in real estate began when she became the Sales Manager for Barlow Homes. She found managing new construction - and the sales process - to be challenging and exciting. Just as importantly, Brandy's work with clients made her realize how much she enjoyed helping them navigate the challenges of any real estate transaction. This realization drove her to earn her real estate license. With her background in design, as well as new construction, she welcomes clients that are looking to build, and is excited to help clients with existing home sales, relocation or first time home buyers. She looks forward to customizing her clients new home search or preparing and marketing your home for sale.
