Pepper is a creative and effective negotiator with proven marketing skills. These skills were honed through her 30+ years of experience as a corporate executive with BellSouth/ATT where she started in Louisville, KY. After statewide experience, she was transferred to Washington, D.C. where she spent 20 years working directly with the Federal, Executive, and Legislative branches.
After retirement, Pepper began her second full-time career in real estate.
