Real Estate Agent

Robert was born in Richmond, Virginia but did not stay there for long. His family moved from Richmond to Elkin, North Carolina, to Seattle, Washington, to Cincinnati, Ohio to Bowling Green, Kentucky where Robert graduated high school. Robert then moved to Lexington to attend the University of Kentucky where he majored in Economics. Having lived all of the country, Robert knew he wanted to find his forever home and he found that in Lexington. The downtown setting, Keeneland, Rupp Arena, breweries and distilleries all spoke to Robert and he knew, Lexington was where he belonged.

Robert began a career in property management right out of college and found he loved helping people find their home, just as he did when he came to Lexington. After successfully managing over 1,000 units, he knew he wanted to help people find their forever home and obtained his real estate license. He has helped hundreds of families find just that and sold millions of dollars’ worth of real estate. Robert has also specialized in new construction sales taking clients step by step through each stage of the building process. He is a lifetime Top Producers Club member, has a Master’s in Business Administration from Sullivan University and is the president of the Captain Kenneth Dalga Foundation.

Robert is married to Lexington native, Kristin Ford Milam. They have three children, Aubrey, Ford, and Robbie and live in the Hartland neighborhood. Robert enjoys attending UK athletic events, playing golf, and hanging out with his golden doodle, Toby. Robert understands the stress, time and decision making that goes into real estate and is passionate in helping his clients find their forever home.
