After living, working and raising a family in Lexington for over 30 years, Dawn’s commitment as a Realtor is to share her local knowledge in helping her clients find the best home that fits all of their desires and needs. Dawn believes that buying or selling a home is one of the biggest decisions we make in life. Her main goal is to make this process as simple and pleasant as possible for her clients by advising them every step of the way. From the beginning to negotiations to the end, she wants her clients to trust that she always has their best interest in mind and will work diligently to achieve the best outcome for every client.

Dawn was born and raised in Lawrenceburg, Kentucky and has been a resident of Lexington since 1991. She attended the University of Kentucky, graduated with a degree in Social Work and furthered her education to receive a Masters of Social Work Degree in 1996. Her passion and dedication to listening and understanding people’s needs, combined with 27 years of sales experience led her to pursue a career in real estate.
